Drilling and tapping
The drilling head is provided with a tool changer which enables the system to process unmanned. The drilling unit is suitable for the use of carbide drills, time loss with regard to punching is minimal.

Sorting of parts by contract
The automatic sorting system sorts the parts
by contract. The parts are placed in the correct bin automatically. This extended outfeed system is shown with 17 bins for extra capacity. Longer parts can also be discharged with this system.

Processing steel
Iп order to process angle, this system is provided with an angle steel shear and a horizontal punch. This allows the production of clip angles and braces.

Automatic loading
The loading crane automatícally takes the right material out of the stock system and loads the material at the cross transport. Remnants are automatícally taken off the infeed system and placed back in the correct locatíon for future use.

Numbering the parts
The numbering unit identifies each part automatically. The numbers are stamped so they can still be seen after painting or galvanizing.
