WALBA are a proven desígn of high qualíty and great economy. Thanks to íts modular concept they can be converted quíckly, easíly and appropríately to
all types of operatíon, without specíal tools.
The thírd holder can be hydraulically controlled. In its basic versíon the functíons are manually controlled, and a stroke positíoning control or computer backedup controls are avaílable as optíons. Hard- and software are always beíng developed as modífícatíons.

The constructíon and logícal layout of the controls permít effortless operation. The system desígn ís símple and reliable in operatíon: the steel worktable is mounted on the mobíle stand. Thís provides support for one or more tool holders whích can be equípped to all conceivable varíatíons of fíttíngs.

Actuatíon of the stroke by means of a hand valve, rotary movement by means of push-button swítches on the hand control unít. Dísplay of the stroke travel on a large, easy-to-read dígítal dísplay bythe valve block. Resolutíon down to'/ıo mm, key for zero posítíon settíng. As a more comfortable alternatíve a posítíoníng of the stroke by
means of a joy stíck is offered.

Upon pressíng of a button, any stroke position ist reached from left or ríght, startíng from a freely choosen zero poínt. Chaín-measure: By pushíng the button again up to
10 further settíng poínts — back or forward — may be
reached. The controls allow the programmíng and storage of up to 20 of such chain-measures, which may be repeated. Actuatíon of rotary movement as above, dígítal
dísplay of the stroke travel on the stop of the control box.
Normal manual operatíon of the machíne is possíble at any tíme.

Control of the stroke action by means of push-buttons on top of the control housíng — the dígítal índícatíon of the stroke travel ís just besíde — oг wíth a separate, small
hand-held control box. The rotary movement íst controlled on the standard hand control unít. A key swítch puts the control in the «Teach-In» mode, thereby memorízing every step of the bending operation. The bendíng operation may be repeated endlessly wíth high precísion.
The learnt program ís overwrítten when the «Teach-1n»
mode is used agaín. Normal manual operatíon of the machíne ís possíble at any time.
«—MPC»: Multíple Programmíng Capabílíty, wíth PC
Computes a bendíng operatíon based on parametríc
ínputs, e.g. dístance of front rollers, profíle wídth, bending radíus and angle to be achíeved etc. May also generate a program vía «Teach-In» mode or vía líne-by-line
ínput of known program steps usíng the key board. Exístíng programs may be modífíed or added-on wíth stepwíse presentation of the program on the PC display. Userfríendly operatíon wíth understandabIe menues and
language choice. External data storage on dísc or as hard
copy. lnstalled on a PC wíth menue programs, WALBA
bending software and addítíonal admínístratíon software.
Optíons are a prínter, waterresístant key board and a steel cupboard on wheels with see through wíndow for PCdísplay, drawer for keyboard and space for PC, printer and
spare paper. Normal manual operatíon of the machíne is possíble at any tíme.
