ForceGrind

In addition to the proven programming method using fixed feed increments, you can now use ForceGrind to specify a constant spindle power. The machine automatically regulates the feed within prescribed limits to maintain this power. This means the programmed spindle power is reached quickly and is not exceeded after that. Damage to material due to high perpendicular forces is avoided. The grinding times of existing as well as new workpiece programs can be reduced easily with ForceGrind.
