XK21 Series is CNC gantry type boring and milling machine with a movable crossrail. There is a ram type boring and milling head equipped on the crossrail, with 4 feed axes and an auxiliary axis. table-X axis; boring and milling head-Y axis; ram-Z axis; crossrail- W axis; auxiliary axis: attachment magazine-U axis X21 series can be equipped with various attachments right angular milling head, universal milling head, lengthened spindle head and
inverted milling head, etc.In a single set-up, it can finish internal and external 5 surfaces machining boring, milling, drilling, reaming, and tapping, etc. CNC system can realize contour milling with 3 axes simultaneous control.

The spindle can automatically draw tools, attachments as well as realize attachment heads automatic orientation, fully automatic clamping and releasing tools and attachments. The slide can prevent double tool tracks with help of inclination front and back. The ram is equipped with hydraulic balancing device. The сrossrail is equipped with relief rail while its feed adopts double motors and double measurement synchronous drive. The table guideway and slide of crossrail adopt constant flow hydrostatic guideway with small flow multiple point pump. The machine is equipped with fully digital Siemens Simumerik 840D system. Main drive adopts AC spindle motor. All feed axes are driven by AC servomotor with relevant speed regulator and drive device. All the axes are controlled by Heidenhain linear scale. The machine equipped with ATC automatic tool changer becomes boring and milling center.
