Yawei  PBB Series electro-hydraulic synchronized CNC Pressbrake

Electro hydraulic servo system, full loop controllíng the synchronization of the upper beam.
Hydraulic compensation on crowning of work table and deformatíon compensation on throat, ensuring hígh precisíon bending.

Crowning Compensatíon
When bending with conventíonal press brakes, the ram will deflect opposite of the bed, causíng variations in the bend angle along the part.
Wíth the Yaweí PBB seríes press brakes, the bed ís also caused to automatícally deflect parallel wíth the ram under CNC control through the
use of the triple structure table incorporating hydraulic compensatíon cylínders thus ínsuríng consistent bend angles all aIong the workpíece.
Control technology
The PBB series of press brakes utílizes a full loop electro-hydraulíc servo control, wíth independently controlled Y, Yz axís and upper to lower beam feedback measurement through linear scales whích are mechanically decoupled from the síde fame by índependent measuring frames.
When bendíng wíth conventíonal press brakes, the ram will deflect opposite of the bed, causing varíatíons ín the bend angle along the part.
