Fixed Bed Ram-Type Milling Machines

Main advantages of these machines:

Cross Travel on the Ram and Wide Table: They are double that of a milling machine of the same size with cross travel on the table. It can mill wider and larger workpieces. There is hermetic protection on the mechanism located underneath the table.

Longitudinal Table: The table is directly seated on the bed, without intermediary saddles, providing greater rigidity. It can hold weights of up to 4000 kg.

Vertical Traverse: Provided with ball screws for great accuracy and longer life of the screw.

Electromagnetic Clutches: Push-buttons are used instead of levers, making automation of the machine easy and providing comfortable use.

Working-Heads: They are compact, rigid, and universal, offering total versatility and easy change of the cutting angle.

Double Command for Manual Movements and Pendant Control for Automatic Movements: This allows work from the face or the side of the machine, which is very important for large workpieces.
