Maanshan Middle Asia Machine Tools Manufacture Co., LTD, founded in 2001, is a professional high-tech corporation located in the National Spark Technology Compact District Area, Bowang Industry Area, 20 km from the Lukou International Airport of Nanjing and 280 km from Shanghai. The company holds more than 8600 square meters of workshops and has a registered capital in the millions of USD. With over 320 workers, including 52 mechanical engineers, the company excels in research and development, production, and after-service.

Based on modern management principles, the company manufactures the following main products: QC12Y and QC12K series hydraulic digital NC swing beam shearing machines; ZYS series electro-hydraulic servo CNC guillotine shears; WC67Y and WC67K series hydraulic digital NC press brakes; and ZYB series electro-hydraulic servo CNC press brakes.

We established a joint venture with Singapore's KRRAS Machine PTE LTD, a well-known entity in the sheet metal working machinery manufacturing area. This joint company focuses on manufacturing RAS series new type hydraulic guillotine shears and has a capacity of 500 units APB series high-class CNC machines per year. These machines feature top technology, longer life spans, high precision, simple structure for easy operation, fewer faults, easy maintenance, and lower parts costs.

 hydraulic servo synchronísatíon press brake

Welded and processed overall structure, with internal stress eliminated by vibration agíng technology which has ensured the precision of entire machine;
Closed loop control composed of electrohydraulic servo valve and high feedback precision grating ruler accurate and stable operation, and high repeated positioning precision of slider block;
The mechanism of back stopper wíth multiple stopping  shafts for complete functions is employed;
ANSYS finite element analysis software is appled to main parts of the machine body for analysis;
lntegrated hydraulic control system to simplify the installation of pipelines, and to ensure stable operation as well as simple and nice appearancel;
Upper-punch is be readied, assemble to the length of needing work piece to particular processing;
C-shaped plates are fitted on sides of machine body, and the hígh-precision grating ruler is mounted on the C-shaped plates, thus to avoid the ínfluence
over bending precision arising from distortion of machine body during bending process;
Oil cylínder from special manufacture and industry, seal rings and pipe connections are imported; 
Front arms with T-slots and fitted with guíde rail;
