Durma CNC press brake

DRUMA CNC PRESS BRAKE

DURMAZLAR CNC Press Brakes have been produced under stringent control to ensure the highest accuracy. All the welded components are stress-relieved. The machines are fully servo-driven, ensuring perfect control of the bending process. The electronic-hydraulic synchronization of the Y1 and Y2 axes ensures the highest precision with high precision linear encoders. The servo system reacts immediately to make all necessary corrections, both off-center and for bending depth adjustments, within 0.01 mm.

The electrical system is produced based on DNC Control technology. This system gives reliability to the machine. Critical components, such as Y1, Y2, X, R, and Y7 axes, are controlled by this system. The PLC functions, including hydraulical and electrical controls, are monitored by lighted diodes. Two linear encoders, Y1 and Y2, are mounted on the side of the machine. They measure the exact distance between the ram and the table. The position data is immediately sent to the machine control, which calculates the signals for the control valves. With the slightest positioning difference, the control takes the necessary corrective action for the two control valves. This guarantees the parallelism of the ram at all times.

All DURMAZLAR CNC Press Brakes are standard supplied with the following axes: Y1, Y2, X, R, and back gauge height adjustment (R axis). Full programming of the bending angle, bending speed, and movement return speed is available. Bending depth adjustment under load is possible. Tonnage adjustment and calculation can be made by the DNC unit. Low noise level pump and semi-full automatic modes of operation are also available. Upon request, the following additional axes can be offered: Z, Z1, and Z2.
