The new model from Durmazlar has 6 stations and a 30 Ton capacity. The main frame is made of welded steel fabrication. All the tension points are designed with a large radius to prevent welding cracks, and the frame is fully stress relieved after welding. The X and Y axes are on linear guide ways and ball screws, with each axis controlled by a servo-motor. The electrical circuit components are supplied by Siemens, Telemecanique, and Merlin Gerin. The positional accuracy is ±0.1 mm. The hydraulic system components are supplied by Rexroth Bosch. The hydraulic seals are supplied by Merkel or Busak. During long periods of work, the multi-tool main housing, punch, and dies have an automatic lubrication system. The multi-tool is made of high-quality material.

The 6-station multi-tool reducers are used to convert to A, B, C, D style tooling. This machine can use Trumpf and Amada type tooling.

The Automatic Repositioning System allows punching in the clamp areas on long sheets of 2000+ mm.

The Durmazlar Rotation Punch Press machine top and bottom tooling allow work to be synchronized to obtain all required angle punching and forming. It has a wide tooling usage capacity with 3, 6, and 8 tools multi-tool selection.

Programming time is minimized by fast programming with standard software.

TP6 12520 Hydraulic Turret Punch Press - BODY FRAME
The 0-type body frame consists of two fully enclosed box fabrications. Finite element analysis with high-performance computers was used to simulate the design and minimize openings, twist, deflection, and shift of the frame. The frame body is also treated with high stress relief during and after the welding process. The result is a rigid frame that keeps vibration to a minimum, allowing greater precision in punching while substantially reducing tool wear and lowering noise levels.

The turret consists of 27 stations as follows:

Tool change takes less than 3 seconds to complete the total turret movement and just 0.6 seconds for a single tool.
It is possible to process up to 2000 mm x 1250 mm sheets without the need to reposition.
Forming is almost at punching speed by a closed-loop hydraulic HNC-100 system by Bosch-Rexroth. A variable forming position ensures that the forming operations can be carried out with minimal stroke travel.

TP6 12520 Hydraulic Turret Punch Press - CONTROL SYSTEM STANDARDS
Siemens Sinumerik 840 D1 control system is applied for punching with a strategic alliance with Siemens. Controls and screen are mounted on a mobile control panel. The computer and other hardware are mounted in a separate cabinet. Machining can be started with just a few steps. Network Ethernet or RS 232, COM-Port connection is available as CNC activator as well as programming on the control panel. A UPS system protects the control unit from voltage fluctuations and power cuts.
