HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE

Our press brakes are assembled from the side columns, table, upper traverse, and upper beam, all manufactured from solid steel plates for absorbing the pressing forces. The hydraulic operation is very quiet and works with a pump of high capacity.

An oversized torsion bar ensures the parallelism of the press beam to the matrix.

The stroke adjustment can be checked by means of a counting mechanism with 1/10 mm indication accuracy.

Adjustable stop-point.

Two operation speeds: fast fall/bending speed.

Adjustable working pressure.

Distance adjustment between the tools.

Simple adjustment of the upper and bottom return points.

Clear arrangement of the elements on the operation board.

Depth positioning through mechanical depth stops in the cylinders.
Parallelism control of the upper beam is maintained through an oversized torsion bar system. Rear gauge with motor.
