Euromac MTX flex 12 punching machine strong affordable, easy fast lexible beyond
6 D type up to Ø plus 6 B type up to Ø wíth Up-Formíng capacity. Completely combíned in a compact turret less than Ø600mm wíth 27mm turret gap hence allowíng full formíng versatilíty.
The MTX FLEX 12 has all the fIexibilities and options of the MTX FLEX 6
version and more. The additíonal 6 B-sized tool posítions íncrease capacity by employíng tools up to mm. More ímportantly they feature retractable dies for more forming capabílítíes.
Standard thick turret tooling forming tools usually have an active die. These dies protrude a few millimeters over the normal height of a standard punch die, requiring special attention to setup and programming. All additional B-Stations of the MTX FLEX 12 can be raised up to 6 mm when the tool is actively employed and lowered when it is passive, eliminating this restriction during punching.

Productivity is not only rated by the throughput of the machine, but other variables also come into play: operation and programming can sometimes be critical. This is not the case with Euromac, thanks to the common console for programming. Because of this, the MTX FLEX and the Euromac automatic loading and unloading system make operation fast and simple.
