Fine blanking enables high quality components to be produced with minimal breakage. the very highest levels of precision are therefore an absolute must. rigid press torsion, oversized columns, 8 fold flat slideways and low blanking speeds all take this requirement into account. 

EXNER fine blanking presses are available as modifid double column presses for tool testing and for ful series production. 

Here too, we take note of our customers individual wishes regarding installation space, impingement rings and pressure pads. The tools of other manufacturers can also fitted to our machines and at the same time the machines can also bu used for normal deep drawing operations. 

such double use significantly axtens the ways in wich our machines can be utlised and results in reduced costs for our customers.
