The P and PG series machiens have been developed to provide the tool and mould making industries with presses for testing tools. The new model PG is specially designed for esting stamping, drawing, embrossing and follow-on tools employing and in-house developed synchronisation control and fitted with two cylinders. The high degree of precision and accuracy associated with Exner press makes them indispensable in the tool making field. 

Precision combined with maximum prouctivity 

The ram and the table surface are held parallel regardless of the position of the ram. This press features a unique synchronisation control accuracy of 0.03 mm/m on off-centre loads. 

A pre-programmed bottom dead point accuracy of 0.03 mm can be reached without having to employ a mechanical depth stop. 

Readjestment during the work operation is not necessary, a feature that serves to maximise productivity and minimise production line downtimes.
