DESCRIPTION
The fill syncromill u machining system is designed for machining extremely large workpieces, such as battery trays and profile frames. Its unique concept features two independent three-axis units, each equipped with a horizontal machining spindle. This setup enables various machining operations to be carried out simultaneously on a single workpiece. To optimize workspace utilization, the workpiece is clamped on a rotational axis that moves horizontally relative to the three-axis unit.
