Main Construction: Certified Meehanite cast iron forms a steady foundation, heavy ribbed for high rigidity and excellent mechanical and thermal stability. Base, saddle, and column on all three axes have hardened and ground box-type slideways, coated with Turcite-B anti-friction lining material, carefully hand-scraped for high accuracy and good retention of lubricating oil essential for a long, accurate life.

Spindle and Head Stock: Cartridge-type spindle enhances rigidity and ease of maintenance, built in a temperature-controlled environment. Spindle, bearings, housing, and spacers are individually selected in-house, each unit running tested to ensure performance and accuracy before fitting to the machine.

In-House Modern Manufacturing: To build the finest machines, all critical and precision parts are done in-house. The facility boasts Okuma 5-face machining center, Toyoda, Toshiba, Mitsui Seiki horizontal machining centers with pallet changers, Okuma CNC lathes, Warner, Okuma, and Toyoda CNC grinders, and an HP Laser inspection system. A team with over 30 years of experience in engineering, together with modern facilities, forms a strong, productive factory.

Ballscrew and Bracket: Double nuts pre-loaded grade C3 ballscrews, secured directly to main castings through a pair of high contact and high precision angular bearings, take thrusts in both directions. Mounting bracket surfaces are hand-scraped for optimal alignment.

Automatic Tool Changers: The standard unit with 18 tools offers a 7-second tool-to-tool time. For higher productivity, we provide a 24 and 32 tools changer as optional. Both units utilize motors driven swing arm and drum index system, offering second tool-to-tool time.

Lubrication System: The high-pressure, controlled volumetric lubrication system is fitted to all our machining centers as standard. The pump, running under CNC control with a failure alarm, ensures smooth, trouble-free operation.
