It features advanced technologies for rapid material removal, especially from aluminum alloys. The horizontal structure minimizes deflection in thin walls, enhancing machining precision. The mobile and rigid design, combined with linear motors, ensures smooth movement, high accuracy, and excellent surface finish even at high feed rates. The closed structure provides stability by reducing the impact of temperature variations. The compact footprint requires no heavy foundation.

The Forest-Line Aerostar has a pallet size of 2x4m, a maximum load of 2,500 kg, and a travel distance of 4,100mm. Efficient loading/unloading is done offline on an intelligent twist and tilt loading station. Ergonomic automation includes power adaptive control, FMS cell automation, safety protection, and a comprehensive tool management system. The machine integrates features like 5-axis check system, Siemens CNC (840D SL), FL Vision HM1, collision detection, and direct measuring system.
