Semiautomatic band saw machine to cut from 0° to 60° right.
Head hydraulic controlled with cutting adjustment by single-turn flow valve, in an ergonomic position. Material clamping vice with manual positioning with hydraulic locking cylinder. Head rotation angle stop at 0°,45° and 60°. Degrees measuring system, graduated scale and rugged in construction locking lever.

Head structure in three parts:
• head in aluminium special alloy to reduce its weight
• cross beam in structural steel
• motor head in cast iron to reduce vibrations during the cut

Mechanical lips for a fast head rotation at 0°, 45° and 60° degrees.

Clampíng více in cast iron movable by hand equípped with hydraulíc locking cylinder.

Loading side bar supporting height adjustable roller.

Connection of the motor wheel to a flange with two conical bearings.

401 coolant tank integrated in the upper part of the basement, easily accessible for cleaning and filling.
