Semi automatic band saw machine for cutting from 0° to 60° right
and from 0° to 45° left, of profiles or full of medium dimensions.
Head hydraulic controlled with cutting adjustment by single-turn flow valve, in an ergonomic position. Material clamping vice in cast iron, with manual hand wheel and hydraulíc lock cylinder. Head rotation angle stop at 0°, 45°, 60° and -45°. Degrees measuring system, graduated scale and rugged in construction locking lever.

Head structure in three parts:
• head in aluminium special alloy to reduce its weight
• cross Ьeam in structural steel
• motor head in cast iron to reduce vibratíons during the cut

Mechanical lips for a fast head rotation at 0°, 45°, 60° and -45° degrees.

CIamping vice in cast iron movable by hand equípped with hydraulic lockíng cylinder.

Translatíon on vice línear guides for right and left side cuttíngs.

Connectíon of the motor wheel to a flange with two conical bearings.

40 L coolant tank integrated in the upper part of the basement, easily accessible for cleaning and filling
