g.a.d.e. ERGOLINE shears are a well-known product providing our customers with the highest level of reliability and satisfaction.

FRAME
The machine frame is very sturdy and guarantees an excellent and long-lasting cutting quality under all conditions and with any kind of material. The frame of all our machines is made of high-quality sheets electrically welded and processed in a single location on big boring machines with mobile upright.

g.a.d.e. chooses the components for its shears with the utmost accuracy (only produced by Italian and European top companies) to offer to its customers enduring, highly reliable, and good-working products.

CONTROLS
All ERGOLINE shears are equipped with ELITE 110 programmer able to control up to 3 axes, that control:
• Backgauge (X-axis)
• Cutting angle (A-axis)
• Gap between the blades (Z-axis)
• Backgauge automatic retreat during cutting
• Pneumatically controlled sheet rear support to hold cut sheet when falling
• Piece-counter
• Sheet conveyor with off-cuts selector

BACKGAUGE
Having 1000 - 1250 or 1500mm stroke. All versions are provided with recirculating ball screws, 10mm pitch. It has good positioning speed, high precision, and long working life.

BLANK HOLDER
Independent hydraulic cylinder blank holder with a special characteristic: push buttons allow to operate it independently from the blade descent to perform cuts on traced-out sheet. Models up to 4mm are provided with polyurethane guards to prevent thinner sheet damaging.

CUTTING ANGLE - GAP BETWEEN THE BLADES
Both are operated by the machine main hydraulic circuit. They are automatically controlled by the programmer as to the thickness and kind of the sheet to be cut. Cutting angle is standard delivered with all models. Automatically operated gap between the blades in all models from 8mm.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL
What is really impressive when you see g.a.d.e. shears at work is their high cutting speed. This is obtained by providing the hydraulic circuit with valves specific for high motion speed. A high cutting speed not only ensures a good productive capacity but also the best cutting quality. Some of our shears have a stroke sequence up to 60 stroke/min.

PROTECTIONS
The front grate guard allows the operator a full view of the cutting line as well as to approach the cutting area as much as possible. Mechanical side protections. Rear guards with photoelectric cell barrier. All g.a.d.e. shears are tested in conformity with the requirements of the European Machine Directive and delivered with CE Mark-Declaration of Conformity.
