THE MACHINE
Sheet metal bending can be performed with different types of machines such as press brakes, roll-formers, and panel benders. However, only the press brake allows great flexibility and precision as well as the possibility to bend special profiles of big dimensions which is not possible with the other machines specified. Thanks to the new synchronized press brakes of the Green Drive series, g.a.d.e. is able to provide versatility, repeat performance, and high energy saving thus satisfying all customer requirements.

MAIN FEATURES
The Green Drive press brake series is the synthesis between the plural manufacturing experience of g.a.d.e. and the latest technologies offered in the market; a machine with the aim to offer high performance in combination with the unique Italian design. g.a.d.e. has been operating for several years with the UNI EN 150 CERTIFICATE 14001 (ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM); with this new series of press brakes, the company wanted to confirm further its policy by reducing the energy consumption. The energy saving achieved with the PS-C Green Drive is the same as the one achieved with the electric machines (both belt or screw-driven). What is remarkable in this new series of press brakes is that this (energy saving) is achieved with excellent performance of the machine itself such as an increase of the bending power up to 30% as well as an increase of the working speed up to 45%. All this is accomplished with an unchanged great reliability and versatility typical of the hydraulic press brake.
