MACHINE
Sheet bending can nowadays be performed with different machines: press brakes, profiling machines, paneling machines. But only press brakes offer great flexibility of use against a reduced initial investment. Moreover, even very big parts are bent, which is not possible with the other machines mentioned. The electronically synchronized hydraulic press brakes PRAECISA are g.a.d.e.'s top-of-the-line products, able to meet all the customers' requirements.

FRAME
PRAECISA press brakes are undoubtedly among the sturdiest machines on the market, structurally stable, to be used even beyond the allowed limits. Monolithic structure up to the dimensional limits prescribed for truck transport. Made of high-quality certified sheets, electrically welded and processed on big boring machines with mobile uprights.

COMPONENTS
Sturdy frame and high quality of all the manufacturing components, only from Italian and European leading suppliers, combine to grant high reliability to PRAECISA press brakes. Only a few parts, of little importance, could be excluded from this rule that g.a.d.e. has adopted to give unmatched quality to its customers.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
The extensive range of standard equipment includes:
- Video-graphic programmer, 4 controlled axes (Y1-Y2-X-R)
- Adjustable intermediate element H=100 or H=150 according to the models
- Sectioned tempered and ground tools, clamps with lever for blade rapid locking

- No. 2 sheet sliding blocks adjustable from the front side of the machine

BACKGAUGE
Any machine having from 2 axes (X-R) to 6 axes (X1-R1-Z1-X2-R2-Z2) is provided with a CNC-controlled backgauge operated by brushless engines. Movements through recirculating ball screws on linear slides with recirculating ball bearings.

PROGRAMMING
The programmer all PRAECISA press brakes are provided with combines user-friendliness with quick calculation, essential conditions for high quality and reduced processing times. Programming both numerically and graphically, directly by the machine or in the office (software standard delivered with the machine) always allows choosing the best solution for the company and the operator. The programmer calculates bend angle (in relation to the sheet and the available tools), bending sequence, sheet unfolding, required bending power, possible collision points, positioning of all axes.

All PRAECISA press brakes are tested in conformity with the requirements of the European Directive and delivered with CE Mark-Declaration of Conformity.
