Monolithic structure
The sturdy monolithic structure made by thick, high-strength sheets of steel designed allows to obtain the maximum rigidity and geometric stability to ensure the highest cutting precision. The ergonomic design facilitates the operator and the maintenance of the machinery.

Blade carrier beam

Manual device to adjust the blade gap
Permit to adjust quickly the blade gap to the thickness of the material you wish to cut. The blade gap adjustment is motorized from shear models from 10 mm up.

Blade gap adjustment
The Blade gap adjustment is a very simple procedure, which consists in rotating the relevant handwheel with an indicator that displays the thickness of the sheet chosen in tenths of a millimeter. The blade gap can be motorized on request, while it is supplied as standard of larger shears; in this case, the handwheel is replaced by two +/- buttons and again there is an indicator for the thickness; finally, the blade gap can also be controlled as an auxiliary function on a CNC control when requested.

Blade carrier beam guides along the entire cutting length
It slides on guides of self-lubricating material and on pads that are designed to vary the gap between the blades.

Hold down units
Hold down units with proportional pressure self-adjusted. Automatically variable in function of the thickness and the strength of the material.

LED lighting cutting line
The machine in the cutting area is equipped with a light beam that projects a slight shadow to the cutting edge, thus making it easy to locate as the frontal protection is provided with a transparent plastic screen.

Profile ball bench for sheet handling, balls, and front support
The bench is supplied in "U" shaped profiles complete with balls to facilitate material handling on top of the bench itself. It has also a loophole for the positioning and fixing of the squaring arm and front support arms.

Squaring front support arm
The squaring front support arm is complete with:
- Disappearing gauge
- Rules
- Balls
(As optional the arm and bench can be supplied with anti-creep brushes)

Ball screw back gauge
The back gauge is mounted to the fixed part of the machine; consequently, it is not subject to stress caused by the movement of the blade carrier. The back gauge movement tilts and follows the descent of the blade moving away from the sheet during cutting, to avoid those loads which could modify its position and in the long term damage it.

Innovative hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic components of the highest European quality. It facilitates the operator in all the adjustments and settings required for the best quality of cut according to the size in thickness, length, width, and types of material to be cut. The hydraulic system by self-regulation of the pressure reduces stress on the various components ensuring greater longevity to the shear.

ESA 525/DAC 310
CNC control model ESA 525 or DAC 310 for automatic setting, depending on the material and thickness to be cut, of:
- Blade gap,
- Rake angle,
- Cutting length.

Anti-twist device
System of hydraulic cylinders which permits locking of the sheet against the upper blade in the cutting phase, avoiding the twisting of the sheet itself.

Disappearing back gauge
Pneumatic device that lifts the rear stop allowing cutting of metal sheets that are larger than the nominal length of the arrest of the stop.
