G.B.C Challenge Plate bevellers

G.B.C Challenge 12 Plate bevellers

Plate bevelling machine G8C, CHALLENGE 12, features a compact design to meet high portability demands across the working area. Once positioned on the plate edge, the machine automatically travels along the plate without any intervention by the operator.

The unit is a fixed head type, allowing bevel angles according to the roller assembly skid mounted only. Replacement of the 300 rollers supplied as standard for different bevel angle ones (available in 22°30', 25°, 35°, 37°30', 45°, and 55°) takes less than one minute.

Various types of milling cutters are available according to different steel grades to be machined.

GBC plate beveling machine, CHALLENGE 15, is suitable for large plates as well as small strips. Once positioned on the plate edge, the machine travels along the plate automatically, without any intervention by the operator.

The highlight of the CHALLENGE 15 is the variable head, allowing the bevel angle to be changed in a few minutes without any additional accessory.

The GBC CHALLENGE 15 U is the upside-down version of the same GBC CHALLENGE 15. This version has been developed to perform bevels on the bottom side of the plate edge, particularly when a double bevel (X type) is required due to great wall thickness. Technical data are the same as the GBC CHALLENGE 15 upright model.

A key feature of the CHALLENGE 15 U is the variable head, which allows the bevel angle to be changed in a few minutes without any additional accessory.

Different types of milling cutters for tooth, basic material, and hardness are available, depending on the quantity of material of the steel plate to be beveled.
