The high-speed face mill can host 8 to 9 interchangeable inserts depending on the application of the case, available for any material typology.

Compact and versatile machine with diversified functions: clad removal, facing, and bevelling. High safety standards are guaranteed by the plate detecting sensor. High-speed face mills with interchangeable inserts are available, with different types of inserts. An integrated trolley and innovative feeding system are included, along with a dual amortization system.

The innovative feeding system offers not only limited encumbrance but also superior transmission quality. The integrated trolley, equipped with a chips collecting tray, features a dual amortization system designed to deliver a smooth working phase and to compensate for eventual imperfections in both the plate and the ground.

Fully integrated with the control panel, the speed regulator enables the operator to obtain excellent results in terms of quality and productivity on several steel typologies, even the hardest.

The parameters can be set either prior to the operations, when the material specifications are known, or they can be set during the operations to assess the optimal speed rate.

The unit can be equipped with 3 different typologies of face mills in accordance with the bevel to be executed.

The EDGE 46, a high-speed plate beveling machine with a variable angle head, offers high beveling capacity, fast and precise operation, thanks to the face mill equipped with high-speed interchangeable inserts. It is a heavy-duty machine capable of working with any material and locking onto plates with a wall thickness range from 8 to 120mm.

The EDGE 46 Reverse is designed for beveling the lower side of the plate, recommended for demanding applications on plates with a high grade of hardness and wall thickness.

The feeding system has been completely revised for improved transmission quality and reduced dimensions, with a single motor of traction.

The machine is equipped with a plate detecting sensor and trolley with a new chips conveyance system. A dual amortization system allows for overcoming eventual imperfections of the wall thickness or plate, as well as imperfections of the ground.

The new version of the plate beveller EDGE46 is designed to execute J bevels with various angles and radiuses.

The Compact EDGE is a brand-new plate beveling machine featuring a high-speed face mill with interchangeable inserts, with reduced structural dimensions and weight for more flexible use.

The Compact EDGE Reverse is similar to the standard version but is developed to bevel the lower side of the plate edge when a double bevel is required.

The machine is equipped with a stepless variable head type which allows bevel angles from 15° to 60°, granting easy and quick adjustment of the angle of bevel.

The plate beveller Compact EDGE can be equipped with a speed regulator for adjusting the face mill rotation speed from 300 rpm up to 800 rpm.

The feeding system with adjustable speed allows the unit to be used without the help of cranes or lifting devices.

The face mill equipped by every machine can be fitted with different insert typology depending on the material you need to work, with each insert having 4 cutting edges.
