GekaAUTOMATIC LINE FOR FLAT BARS ALRS The ALRS is a CNC-controlled flat bar feeding and shearing system that can be mounted on all GEKA Hydracrop dual-cylinder ironworkers for shearing desired lengths and quantities of flat plate. STANDARD EQUIPMENT WITH THE ALRS: Drive roller with hydraulically controlled pinch roller. DC servo drive motor with linear encoder. Fagor 102 S easy program CNC controller mounted in a control cabinet. Positive hydraulic clamping. Fixed guide rollers. Manually adjustable straight guide rollers. Roller bed conveyor. FEATURES AND TOLERANCES Fagor 102 S CNC controller with 870 lines of usable memory for easy programming of desired dimensions of cuts and quantity of cuts for each dimension. 6 m. roller bed conveyor with heavy plate capacity up to 600 kg maximum. DC servo motor with linear encoder interfaced with a drive roller indexing flat plate to a positioning tolerance. Foot at a maximum feed rate of 700 per minute. Hydraulically controlled pinch roller to ensure positive drive and hold-down clamping during the shearing process. Manually adjusted straight guide and guide rollers to accommodate widths of flat plate from 40 mm. to 600 mm. to ensure squareness of cut. Maximum width of cut will depend on which model of Hydracrop the ALRS is mounted. OPTIONS: Additional sections of roller bed conveyors in 3 m. sections. Plate working machines.
