Gelber-Bieger Pipe bender HRB 16 Plus HRB 16 Basic The HRB 16 Plus shares the construction of the HRB 16 Basic but with additional features for easier handling and simple duplicability of bended parts. It incorporates a three-axis measuring system displaying the bending angle, pipe length, and twist on three digital displays. The pipe is secured in a 4-jaw chuck, equipped with sensors transmitting twist and pipe length values, allowing direct bending from a drawing. The HRB 16 Plus comes in two types, distinguishing the maximum pipe length at 1000 and 2000 mm.

By clamping the pipe in a 4-jaw chuck, you can check the twist and length on a digital display, simplifying manual pipe bender handling and enabling easy duplicability. The clean-cut plugging technology facilitates quick reconstruction of bending tools, and modifying the bending head for left or right bending is uncomplicated.

Pipe bender HRB 16 NC2 The HRB 16 NC2 can bend serial pipes up to 16 mm in diameter or solid material up to 12 mm effortlessly. Similar to HRB 16 Plus, it allows bendings up to 190. The clean-cut system supports left as well as right bendings, and modifying the bending head for different pipe diameters is simple and fast. This model uses a drive for the twisting axis and the length feed, with only the bending performed manually. The SPS control, with a touch screen for adjustment, can store 1000 programs, ensuring consistent conditions for series bending. Torque limitation minimizes the risk of injury.

Pipe/wire bender HRB 16/27 NC2 The pipe, profile, and wire bending machine ERB 16/27 is a top-of-the-line bending machine by GELBER BIEGER Silverlines. It features two bending heads to accommodate various applications. The first bending head is similar to HRB 16, while the second bending head allows bending pipes up to a diameter of 27 mm. This model, equipped with three cylinders, can be used for different purposes, such as clamping special profiles or serving as a fixture for mandrel retraction.
