Machine of many uses and highest bending capacity. Mounted shaft gear to all three rollers, therefore roller adjustment is possible as required.

Asymmetric for plying sheeting, thus enabling the plying of both ends without pulling out or turning the sheets. Symmetric for bending profiles, pipes to rings or spirals. The symmetric adjustment ensures rounds of sheet thickness, exceeding the normal bending capacity without plying the ends.

Possibility of adjusting the lower roller at a greater distance from the upper roller, enables the use of tool rings for multiple engraving and flanging of cylinders along the total effective length. The roller adjustments can be read from an indicating clock.

The stroke-end adjustments of the rollers are provided with safety plugs, thus rendering any damage impossible. The upper rollers in the case of heavy machines are tipped by motor engine or pneumatically; in both cases the end adjustments are secured. By means of patented device, angle irons with shank turned inwards can be easily bent absolutely flat and without any deformational errors.

Control: With disk clutch in gear case by hand or by hydraulically consequently smooth starting and quick stopping of the machine.

Operating: The roller turning and stroke movements are controlled by means of a hand lever or by hand, valves, whereby a practical and clear arrangement of the operating elements enables the work to be executed quickly and without difficulty.

Security: The stroke-end positions of the lower roller and the tipping end positions of the upper roller are secured by end switches.

Lubrication: Centrally with pressure pump by hand or motor

Drive: Motor with squirrel-cage rotor for star-delta starting or slip ring motor with centrifugal starter.

Gear: Running in oil wheels with cut teeth, bearings self-lubricating, therefore high efficiency.

Special bending work: With suitable tool rollers sheet plates and cylinders can be edged or engraved on the roller and pinions.

The combined sheet plate rounding and profile bending machine is the most universally applicable machine of the present day.
