3-D PROBE INSPECTION The 3-D probe inspection system determines the clamped position of the workpiece to a very high degree of accuracy. The NC control system compensates automatically for any error in clamping. Thus manual setting up of the workpieces is no longer required, and the machine downtime is reduced dramatically.
