HMC 500 horizontal machining center 

The HMC 500 and HMC 830 machines are designed for precision cutting of box-shaped as well as flat components made of steel, cast iron, and various alloys. Additionally, these machines are suitable for cutting die molds and for mass production due to the pallet system. Automatic tool changing from a magazine enables work in an automatic cycle. The use of special machine accessories allows the employment of productive tools with central cooling fluid supply. The NC revolving table (B axis) enables machining of workpieces on the machine from more sides and improves productivity because of the possibility of using multiple clamping fixtures.

The HMC machine series has been designed with a rugged and rigid T-shaped load-carrying base. The HMC machines are based on a modern structure where the table moves in the Z axis. Application of the linear antifriction guide-way in all linear axes guarantees the required accuracy and dynamics in cutting.
