The HF gear cutting machines for small and medium work-pieces combine leading technology with perfect design: A machine table with torque motor drive, a cast iron machine bed for heavy loads as well as an integrated workpiece inspection are only a few of the available features. This versatile cutting machines set new productivity and quality standards by the use of H55 cutters or carbide inserts as well as high-power gashing tools in wet or dry cutting mode which is ideal for component suppliers of long-life and highly stressed industrial gears.
Moreover, the proprietary software Gear Productíon guarantees ease-of-use, even for complex applications.
