The advantages and productivity of the RAPID 650 - 1250 for medium-sized workpieces has been appreciated world-wide - a perfect solution to gear manufacturers: a machine bed from mineral cast, a torque motor driven machine table and an integrated gear inspection system, a powerful grinding spindle and dressing system for frequent profile modifications can be taken for granted. Furthermore, technologies such as High-speed Grinding [HsG] and Best-fit Grinding [BfG] reduce grinding times by up to 30 which gives you a clear competitive edge with regard to the efficiency of your whole gear manufacturing process.
Moreover, the proprietary software Gear Production guarantees ease-of-use, even for complex applications.
