Hypertherm hd manuel plasma cutting system

Hypertherm Manual plasma cutting systems : the performance standard for plasma cutting Hypertherm is the first choice of the metal cutting professional because of the company's focus on plasma process and torch technology. Recognized as the worldwide leader in technology, Hypertherm was the first plasma cutting equipment company to earn ISO 9001 registration. Patented technologies allow Hypertherm manual systems to maximize cut quality, speed, and consumable parts life, while advanced circuitry optimizes power output. Durability and safety are assured even in the most demanding work environments. Hypertherm's engineering resources and unparalleled product support contribute to improvements in performance, value, and reliability. Hypertherm duty cycle ratings are established at 104 F 40 C. according to international standards, and are determined at actual cutting arc voltage levels. Competitive systems are often rated at room temperature 70 F 20 C and at theoretical output voltages, causing duty cycle ratings to be significantly overstated. Capacity ratings 3/4 There is no industry standard for rating plasma systems, so it is important to take care when comparing products from different manufacturers. Handheld cutting Recommended - The thickness of mild steel on which the system delivers 200 - 600 V, 1 /3-PH, 200 - 600 V, 1 /3-PH, 200 - 600 V, 3-PH, 208 V, 3-PH, 60 Hz, CSA 50/60 Hz, CSA 50/60 Hz, CSA 50/60 Hz, CSA 240/480 V, 3-PH, 60 Hz, CSA 230 - 400 V, 3-PH, 230 - 400 V, 3-PH, 230 - 400 V, 3-PH, 200 V, 3-PH, 50 Hz, CSA 20 500 mm per minute. 50/60 Hz, CE 50/60 Hz, CE 50/60 Hz, CE 380/415 V, 3-PH, 50 Hz, CE 220/380/415 V, 3-RH, 50 Hz, CSA 500 V, 3-PH, 50 Hz, CSA 600 V, 3-РH, 60 Hz, CSA Maxímum - The thickness of mild steel on which the system delivers good cut  V 3-PH: V 3-PH: A 3-PH: A 3-PH: A per minute. Twenty percent or less of cutting should be at the maximum thickness.

"Severance - The thickness of mild steel that can be reasonably severed, but with poor cut quality and at slow speed. Cutting the severance thickness should be infrequent.

Mechanized cutting. Maximum - The thickness of mild steel that may be pierced with good cut quality and without excessive wear on the consumable parts. If edge starting, the cut capacity is the same as handheld capacity.

Note: For additional information on mechanized cutting speeds and thicknesses, refer to product operator manuals.

Hypertherm torches: the defining difference. Accessories: Air filtration kit. A ready-to-install kit with a .85 micron filter to protect against contaminated air, as well as an auto-drain moisture separator.

The following proprietary technologies have kept Hypertherm the leader in all categories of cut quality and performance:

Gouging heat shield. Provides additional protection in gouging operations.

Nozzle shield technology, providing longer consumable life, while drag cutting under full power.

Wheel kit. A complete, pre-assembled kit for added mobility when the machine must be moved.

Coaxial-assistTM jet design, which boosts cutting speeds as much as 20% over conventional designs.

Contact start technology, to minimize damaging high-frequency interference.

Plasma cutting guide. Facilitates consistent and accurate circles and lines. All torches are backed by a 1-year warranty. For optional use as a stand-off guide and in bevel cutting applications. Superior power supply design. Hypertherm power supplies are designed to meet specialized requirements for plasma cutting. Leather torch sheathing. Available in 25-foot sections, this provides additional protection for torch leads against burn-through and abrasion. Soft Start logic design extends the life of consumable parts. Advanced circuitry and wide input-voltage operating ranges detect and protect against power problems. FineCutTM consumables kit. FineCut consumables deliver high-quality cuts, low dross, narrow kerf, and virtually no heat-affected zone on thin metal. Available for the Powermax 1000, 1250, and 1650. Three-year warranty. 3-year warranty applies to Powermax systems only. System dust covers. Made from durable fabric, a dust cover will protect your Powermax investment for years. Operator face shield. Multi-purpose face shield that provides face and eye protection for plasma cutting and gouging applications.
