I.m.a.l. li sheet metal working lines

CUTTING LINES MODEL L1

1.M.A.L. cutting lines have been created to perform fast and accurate sheet cuts, reducing to the minimum the time needed for form-size changing and line setting-up. Our lines are mainly used for the production of: TINSMITH EQUIPMENT - SHELVES - METAL FURNITURE - CONDITIONING PLANTS.

The L1 line has been projected for the following operations:
- STRAIGHTENING
- SLITTING
- CROSS CUTTING WITH ELECTRONIC SIZE MEASUREMENT.
CIRCULAR SHEAR
- The whole shear is extractable sideways in respect to the cutting line for easier and quicker blade adjustment.
- Blades with quick-blocking counterblades.

The cutting line L1 in different executions is equipped with auxiliary groups, such as UNWINDER, REWINDER, EDGE CUTTER, FORMING ROLLS, etc., thus allowing performance of the following operations:

- Cross-cutting
- Slitting and cross cutting
- Slitting and cross cutting with rewinding of part of the band
- Slitting with band rewinding
- Cross cutting with edge cutting
- Cross cutting and forming
