The machine MF1000AF has been designed for deep drilling of small and medium size molds and die parts with straight or angled waterlines. Like all IMSA series A machines, MF1000AF is a compact, rigid, user-friendly complete machine.

The superior feature of MF1000AF, among IMSA series machine, is the new automatic system swinging on top IMSA system enabling milling operations with spindle. The switchover from drilling to milling configuration is very quick. On MF1000AF, the gundrill tool does not need to be removed for switchover to milling configuration. The gundrill remains into the unit with whip guides and with transparent door in the front for easy part loading with hall crane or forklift.
