The Innse-Berardi milling-boring machines, belonging to the Aries Series, are medium and large-size horizontal milling and boring machines, with a moving column, with preloaded hydrostatic bearing, suitable for machining large-sized components. The adopted technical and technological solutions assure maximum machining accuracy and high productivity, with great stability during the time. The Aries Machines are designed, calculated, dimensioned, and created by FEM (Finite Element Method), both static and dynamic sides.

The Aries Series milling and boring machines are equipped with automatic head attachment changing capabilities for the installation and use of different heads. The machines have automatic clamping and tool clamping capabilities. Innse-Berordi, in addition to the production of standard accessories, is able to develop special accessories to meet any production requirement.

Here's an example of a chain-type tool magazine with an automatic changer. Its capacity can range from 10 to 165 pockets. For up to 600 tools, a rack-type magazine with a robot, made by Innse-Berordi, is available.

Allows for the fully automated deposit and picking up of head attachments. With a minimum of two spots, it is placed in a suitable position in the working area.

On the same side of the ram, the machine can be equipped with an elevator made of vertically movable cabin with both along the vertical and horizontal stroke.

Allows an optimal view and close-up of the machining process. It is equipped with a closed circuit and also allows the transfer of the signal in remote position.

The Aries milling-boring machines can be equipped with a wide range of rotary-traversing tables with complete hydrostatic bearing both for the rotating B-axis and for the linear V-axis. In general, all the tables can be equipped with a clamping system on the rotating B-axis. The system is designed in such a way that it doesn't modify the angular position of the table during the clamping phase.
