The LCF Series CNC Laser Cutting Machine, including the LCF-1530 model, represents a new addition to our laser series. With its modern Laser flying-optic Cutting system, high-speed motion positioning, and excellent control mode, the LCF series incorporates new technology based on approximately 30 years of research experience. These advancements significantly enhance productivity. The integrated design of the laser and CNC system ensures efficient communication via fiber optics. This setup enables seamless coordination between the power, start, and stop of the laser with servo motion, optimizing performance.

The W-axis, with the CNC focus compensation adjustment device integrated on the Z-axis, allows the focus lens to move compared to the cutting head to achieve the correct focus according to sheets. Simultaneously, it can compensate for focus drift issues to ensure uniform cutting speed and quality.

Advanced constant optical design ensures a consistent focal length of the optical path, providing uniform cutting effects at any position.

World-famous controls, such as FANUC and FAGOR CNCs, are integrated. A 32-bit processor and graphic functions offer high-speed processing and display capabilities. Communication with computers is facilitated through 232 and 485 ports, and helpful diagnostics are available.

The imported high-precision gear rack transmission system ensures high-speed, high-precision, and dynamic characteristics. Twin direct drives with two synchronized servo motors balance stress and extend service life.

To protect the optics unit and improve machine stability, clash shake effects are reduced by adopting a hydraulic buffer as the stroke limitation device.

A fully automated assist gases control system seamlessly shifts between gases to accommodate different applications. High-pressure assist gas ensures clean cuts when processing stainless steel. Imported pneumatics ensure the reliability of the cutting system.

The dual-working table reduces loading and unloading times. Rotating ball supports on the working table facilitate the movement of sheets. Positioning devices and clamps ensure sheet accuracy during processing.

Imported auto-programming software automatically translates CAD drawings into NC language, enhancing material savings and productivity through auto-nesting.

The enclosed optical light delivery system features American 11 — V1 optics, water cooling, and protective gas to ensure cleanliness and long lifespan.
