The LR-0312 Series Ground Rail CNC Laser Cutting Machine features a state-of-the-art airborne laser technology, with a wide-noodle, ground-rail design and a flying optics cutting system. The machine's main structure utilizes a mobile gantry configuration with bilateral synchronous drive, incorporating imported precision rack and pinion mechanisms.

The gantry moves along the X-axis, while the laser cutting head traverses along the Y-axis within the gantry beam. Finite element analysis and optimized design ensure the gantry beam's high rigidity and stability, providing reliable performance during operation.

For movement along the Y-axis direction, the cutting head components are driven by the same gear and rack mechanism. Precision ball linear guides are employed for precise orientation and motion control along the X and Y directions.
