Gantry Type Machining Center

Axes X/Y/Z/A/C-axís columns. The individual design of table workpiece. Modular controller increase machining efficiency. Option: Siemens or Heidenhain TNC.

The dual synchronized ballscrews of Z-axis/C-axis milling head is driven by direct-driven motor, which makes the structure simple, no abrasion and without backlash. This achieves not also efficient manufacturing. A/C axis are both equipped with high accuracy encoder.

The short spindle center to Y-axis guideway surface of Z-axis improves rigidity machine.

The dual direct-driven synchronized ballscrews of X-axis provides high accuracy and dynamic performance.

ATC and head shelf are located at the backsíde, designed to shorten the travel distance. This special characteristic makes space available for optional function.

Floor type table is designed for large-sized and heavy weight workpieces.

One-piece designed column features rigidity and stability, ensures machining and cutting ability.

Model KG5A-3025 KG5A Series adopts ballscrew. X/Z-axis is driven by dual screw and Y-axis is driven by single screw with cooling system to avoid ballscrew thermal increment. These features improve dynamic performance. KG5A Series with Siemens controller increases work efficiency. Heidenhain iTNC controller is available as option for extensive requirements from customers.

Axes adopt linear guideway to perform rigidity while axes are functioning. Axes with Heidenhain Linear Scale and closed loop control can improve accuracy effectively.

Adequate facility and testing assure 100 quality per each major component on machine.
