Cut-to-Length Lines

KOHLER Cut-to-Length Lines are metal sheet processing lines which strip material is received, leveled, cut to length, and piled afterward.

They are assembled as user-specific versions from standard machines and components according to the workflow characteristics and individual circumstances.

All functions can be controlled by a centralized control and on request, they can be entered and controlled via a CRT display.

KOHLER Cut-to-Length Lines can be designed for strip widths up to 2000 mm and material thicknesses up to 12 mm.

Functional description:

Strip feed to the feeder-leveler from a coil loading car and via strip leading-in devices.

Levelling process with integrated strip feed, controlled by means of the pulse transmitting measuring control.

Cutting to lengths.

Further transportation of cut material via roller path to the stacking station.

Cut material is thrown off the roller table and deposited on the stacking station, hydraulically adjustable in height.

Transfer of full pallet to the roller table on the same level as the stacking station, for further transportation with a forklift.
