PRECISIONMASTER.

Precisionmaster cutting machine will heighten your productivity and consistency, reducing material waste significantly. With a traverse speed of up to 25 meters per minute, you can minimize production without sacrificing floor space. The compact design of Precisionmaster enables easy relocation and setup at different locations. This is truly a high-powered, compact cutting machine.

Machine Construction. The Precisionmaster is a single-unit construction; the machine, rail, and cutting table are one integral construction. They are shipped and installed as a single unit, making the installation faster. The machine uses rack pinion drive/feedback mechanism, and the rail is positioned at a low level and tucked under the table. The Y-axis rail has hardened and machine-ground linear ways and slide bearings for precise and effortless movements.

DownDraft Cutting Table. The downdraft cutting table is constructed with a simple box with curved slats. At the backside of this table is an outlet for connecting a fume exhaust system, which can be offered as an option. Pneumatic plate clamps are mounted on the front of the table to ensure precise accuracy during cutting.

HyDefinition Plasma Cutting System. The HyDefinition process increases plasma energy density, resulting in narrower kerfs, squarer edges, and less dross. It excels in mild steel, and high-quality cutting using air as the plasma gas is also possible on stainless steel and aluminum.
