Loeser FB FLAT DEBURRING Machine type FB Surface flat deburring: Edge rounding and brush deburring is most effíciently done with planetary brushing heads. Quick and easy operation wíth computer controls for wear compensation. The bristles of the planetary brushes can reach all of the edges of the workpíece within a 360 degree range without it having to be rotated. Thís ís a significant advantage as it ensures that the edges of the holes are always equally deburred regardless of the diameter of the respective hole. The results of the deburring are therefore always reproducíble and consistent. Brushes are available in various different designs as tools for the deburring of a great variety of different geometries and surfaces. The brush material differs dependíng on the workpiece and the geometry of the burr. There are various dífferent degrees of hardness available, from soft to ultra-hard or abrasive. The brush material will be precisely defined for each application. The machíning is generally carried out wet and requires coolant. Machíne types:

This process uses a planetary brush head, comprised of small rotating brushes mounted on a larger rotating plate. The brushes and the plate are controlled independently of one another and can be driven with different speeds and in various directions in order to achíeve the desired results.
