Lovent 2 PM 2500 Ribbing machine 

The ribbing machine is designed for the creation of longitudinal stiffening ribs in a "Z shape" for sheets with a width of 2500 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, operating at a speed of 20 m/minute. Utilizing very thin galvanized steel, these Z-shaped ribs enhance the stiffness of ducts significantly. Unlike other systems that require thicker sheets to achieve the same stiffness, this method ensures cost and weight savings for the ducts.

After extensive testing over the years, this ribbing technique has proven to be highly practical, precise, and efficient in its realization.

The machine boasts a robust steel structure with adjustable roll pressure on two shafts, allowing for ribbing depths ranging from 3 to 6 mm. The flanging component consists of 15 pairs of steel rolls spaced at intervals of 160 mm. With a side slide mechanism, symmetrical flanging across the entire length of the sheet can be achieved.

The supporting benches for the front and rear sheets are designed to be easily dismantled and reassembled, reducing space requirements when the machine is not in use. Additionally, the machine can be mounted on wheels for enhanced mobility.
