This new concept of plasma cutting machine simplifies operation while enabling communication between the office and the machine through a network or other systems, facilitating automation development. Here are the general characteristics:

Control Panel: Contains the operating console, consisting of an onboard industrial PC for programming the work to be performed.

Working Tools:
1. Automatic torch 1800 plasma cutting compressed air with a cutting capacity up to 11 mm.
2. Automatic unit for piece marking (marking pen).

Software Includes:
- The Bravo 2000 program for production management in Windows 95 - 98 - ME - XP, complete with:
  - Tool case with over 100 articles for setting parameters for rectangular and round ducts, flues, insulation, oval, etc.
  - Possibility to add new articles upon client request.
  - 3D visualization of articles according to input data.
  - Visualization of development.
  - Export in DXF format of development drawing.
  - Keyboard or file input of data.
  - Importation of data from the Klima 2000 program.
  - Importation of data from the PR32 program (installation drawing generator).
  - Export/Import of data in BRV format.
  - Generation of production lists, such as fringe list, accessories list, channel list, tube list, materials list, sketch list.
  - Rectangular optimization with modification options: addition, press, visualization, export drawing in DXF Format.

Cutting Bench:
- Made up of iron crossbars fitted on the frame, which may be substituted individually in the event of breakage or excessive wear.
- Cutting bench height: 820 mm.

Stroke:
- Maximum processing stroke on axis X with double head: 3150 mm.

- Plasma cutting equipment: Cebora or other types upon request with adjustable power 100% at 60 A, with dry compressed air at 4.8 Bar, possibility of cutting with gas.
- Cutting capacity: from 0.5 mm to 6 mm.
- Cutting speed: 10 - 12 meters per minute according to the thickness and shapes to execute, programmable from CNC.
- Materials Cut: galvanized sheet metal, black sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and other conductors.
