Spindle mounting in the ram, which is mounted in the slide on a combination of linear guide ways and sliding guide ways for high rigidity, accuracy, and absorbing shocks from power machining. Nozzles for external cooling by media are located around the spindle unit.

Remote diagnostics involve the analysis of the machine's condition via communication software by a diagnostician. This software allows remote access to the screen and dialogue menu of the control system via the Internet. While the communication software itself doesn't include diagnostic tools, the service technician remotely utilizes the internal diagnostic capabilities of the control system. This allows the technician to monitor the machine's condition, control the CNC menu, transfer data, and communicate with the operator using the chat function.

During machine failure analysis, the technician leverages all diagnostic functions integrated into the CNC. The goal of remote diagnostics is to shorten machine downtime by precisely targeting subsequent servicing activities. This helps reduce customer losses resulting from machine downtime.

MAS Machine Monitor is a software tool designed to increase the productivity of your operation. It allows you to monitor the utilization of your machines during shifts or view the operating status history, enabling you to take subsequent measures in production and logistics. This visualization program is installed on your PC, providing you with valuable insights into your operation's performance.

Key features of the MAS Machine Monitor include:

1. Monitoring utilization of any number of machines, with the possibility of classifying machines into groups or workplaces.
2. Online display of machine status or browsing through utilization history.
3. Tracking the number of pieces made and displaying power circuit start intervals for electricity-saving measures.
4. Summary statistics for individual machines, providing important information for company management and production control.

Additionally, the MAS GSM Monitor option allows you to monitor selected machine conditions via the mobile phone operator network. You can define up to 5 phone numbers to receive SMS messages about machine condition changes. This feature enables employees to react immediately to events, even when they are not physically present near the machine.

With GSM Monitoring, you can stay informed about your job's progress directly from the machine, enhancing your ability to manage operations effectively, even during physical absence from the company. SMS messages can be sent upon meeting certain conditions, providing timely updates on machine status and performance.
