Mavijet MJT 5000 6 axis cnc brige type waterjet machine 1

The Bridge Type 6-axis Waterjet Machine is manufactured as fully integrated with a dividing system. It utilizes 2.1 Nm servo motors, servo motor linear sledges, and vehicles. Helical rack and pinions are used to provide rapid and smooth axial movement. To ensure durability and sensitivity, the linear slides, rails, helical rack, and pinions in all systems are protected with an automatic greasing pump to prevent rust.

Abrasive feeder is situated in the z-axis. The cutting process is carried out by delivering abrasive from the abrasive tank. The sand flow rate can be adjusted using a potentiometer from the CNC control unit based on the materials, type, and thickness. It can range from a minimum of 60 g/min to a maximum of 600 g/min.

The cutting head is typically mounted on the z-axis and is utilized for cutting technologies involving 3, 5, and 6 axes. It offers maximum flexibility in various environmental conditions.

The system is monitored by the control panel, and user commands are transmitted to the machine. It features multi-referencing capability and can concurrently execute cutting while receiving piece zeroing instructions. Using a hand wheel, the cutting head can be brought close to the piece, enabling precise zeroing.

MAVJET includes its own CAM program. This CAM program facilitates nesting, i.e., the placement and duplication of pieces within the program. Moreover, it allows cutting in intended locations after determining access, exit, and distances. Any image in AutoCAD or DXF format can be easily cut using Mavjet's CAM program.

MAVIJET water jet technology is a computer-based cutting method renowned for its ability to smoothly cut materials without causing burrs or deformation on the cutting surface. It can effectively cut and shape all types of materials found in nature. With waterjet technology, intricate designs with sharp corners, low radii, and acute angles can be precisely and smoothly executed on various materials. One of the key advantages of waterjet cutting is its ability to initiate cuts from any point, offering flexibility and versatility in the cutting process.

While many state-of-the-art technology devices are limited to cutting metals up to 20 mm thick and stainless steel up to 10 mm, MAVIJET stands out by being able to cut materials of up to 200 mm thickness. Its capabilities extend to providing precise and successive cuts even in fine materials.

The cutting head is typically mounted on the robot arm. Three-dimensional waterjet cutting technology is utilized for industrial robots and robotics advancements. It offers maximum flexibility in highly variable environmental conditions. The Mavijet waterjet robotic system is employed for cutting variable surfaces of shaped parts and parts with small quantities. It is predominantly favored for cutting non-metallic materials.

Any material with a thickness ranging from 0.1 mm up to 200 mm can be finely cut using this cold cutting method without causing any burrs, burns, or deformation in the molecular structure. The material can be treated as a finished product and mounted right after the fine blanking process, especially without the need for additional machining operations.

One of the most significant reasons why Mavjet is more preferable in the market is that our company provides spare parts and other services impeccably. Any spare part ordered in case of a failure can be available for transport within a single day. The same principle applies to cases in which our technical service team needs to respond to the failure as well. Placing particular importance on customer satisfaction, it is essential for our company to have enough spare parts in stock according to our customers' needs.

SPACE AND AIR VEHICLES
Water jet can be used in aviation and space industries to cut aluminum, titanium, high-speed ceramics, and Cr-Ni-Co-based composite materials used in the manufacturing of planes, helicopters, satellites, and shuttles.

CONSTRUCTION AND DECORATION
It is also a preferred technique in the construction and decoration sectors for cutting and shaping mosaics, stones, marble, granite, concrete, plasterboards, and insulation materials before application according to the related projects.

MACHINE INDUSTRY
It is used to cut cogwheels, casting pieces, alloy steels, copper, aluminum, carbide, titanium, and stainless metal parts of machines being produced for various sectors.

TEXTILE INDUSTRY
It is also used in the textile industry for cutting products like fabrics, leather, carpets, and floor mats, etc., either in production or post-production phase.

VEHICLE PRODUCTION AND AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLY INDUSTRY
It is used to cut interior and exterior surfaces of interior trimmings (interior door surfaces, ceilings, flockings) from textile, plastic film, and coverings, wheels, packaging, and insulation materials, in either simple or three-dimensional forms. It is considered the main equipment in automotive industries and its subordinate industries.
