Mep 352 NC evo 
COBRA 352 NC evo, automatic/semi-automatic electropneumatic CNC sawing machine to cut aluminium and light alloys using blade with electrowelded hard-metal plates (HM).
- The machine cuts from 45° right to 45° left and the head tilts from 00 to 45° left so as to make inclined cuts.
- Sawing machine with controlled double axis multi microprocessor with the latest generation of controllers for CNC automatic sowing machines designed by MEP so as to obtain, on the ѕame bar, 1000 different fots, each of different lengths and
quantities.
A FEW FEATURES:
- Console with all centralized controls, installed on an articulated arm to follow the operator in every operating position for the controls and the
EMERGENCY.
- NEW - Field bus control system (MOOBUS protocol) with double microprocessor with serial connection.
- Display: 20 characters read on four lines so as to visualize technological parameters such as: + number of cuts programmed and carried out + Band thickness + length fed in each stroke + cutting time + amperometer + diagnostics and/or caution
messages (more than 100) visualized in the
Language of use.
- NEW - registration of alarms and events with the possibiliıy to visualize the story of occurred events.-
NEW - feeder operated by stepper motor with screw mounted on preloaded taper bearings and nut with recirculating ballscrews (feed in length in one stroke: 600 mm).
- Panel with low tension controls: polyester mem6rane keypad with tactile thermol haped buttons which give out an acoustic signal when pressed.
- The head stroke, according to the dimensions of the material which has to 6e cut, is set directly from the control panel.
- Rotating table mounted on bearing for a smooth and precise rotation.
- Material is clamped by means of two pneumatic vices which can be freely positioned along the longitudinal axis of the material.
- Adjustable mechanical stops at 0° and 45° left/right to position the head quickly.
- Chip conveyor predisposed to mount optіoпal chip collector.
