MEP 400 CNC band sawing machine 

Shark 400 CNC, automatic hydraulic electromechanícal and sowing machine, which can
operate also in semi-automatic mode, to cut solids and sections up to 360 mm for rounds and 400x300 mm for rectangles.
- CNC machine with multi microprocessor so as to obtaín cuts at 0°, oп the same 6ar, of 32 different lots, each of different lengths and quantities.
A FEW FEATURES:
- 3 hydraulic units, one for each cylinder, complete with pressure regulator.
- Panel with low tension controls: polyester membrane keypad wíth tactile thermo-shaped buttons whích give out an acoustic signal when pressed.
- Dısplay to visualize technological parameters such os: + band speed + number of cuts programmed and carried out + band thickness + length fed in each stroke + cutting time + amperometer + band tensioning + diagnosics and/or caution messages (moгe than 100) visualized in the language of use.
- The headstroke, according to the dimensions of the material which has to 6e cut, is set directly from the control panel.

- Dual stage bevel geared motor to grant the maximum performance in transmission.
- Continuous adjustment of the band speed from 15 to 100 m/min.
Electromechanical actuator and dynamic control for the blade tensioning.
Steel and guides with adjustable hard metal plates which can be opened so as to make the blade replacement easier.- Hydraulic control to move the pulley so as to replace the band.
- Servo control to adjust the hont and guide directly from the control panel so as to grant maximum stability to the band and at the same time protect
the part of the band which isn't involved in the cut.
- Motorized wire chip brush.
- Automatic adaptive shearing stress control system with servo valve mounted directly oп the cylinder.
- Control for band deflection.
- Feeding system by means of screw/nut with recirculating balls and 500-mm stepper motor so as to feed in bars up to 6000 mm/min and up to
a weight of 3000 kg.
-Minimum resilience which cannot be fed in automatic is 115 mm.
- Feeder carriage vice which has a sideways movement so as to feed in also deformed bars.
- Coolant pistol to keep working surfaces c1ean.
- Coolant tank inside the steel base and drawer to collect chips which can be replaced wíth a motorized chip evacuator (see optionals).
