MEP SHARK 332CCS 
2 - CNC machine with controlled double axís so as to the program, on the same bar, 1000 different lots each of different lengths and quantities.
- NEW low voltage soft keyboard, in polyester, with thermo-shaped
buttons, wíth tactíle feeling and sound sígnal when operating.

- Display at 20 characters read on 4 lines to visualize technological
parameters: - blade speed - number of cuts programmed and carried out
- blade thickness - length fed in each stroke - cutting tíme - amperometer
- blade tensíoning - diagnostics and/orcaution messages (more than
100).
-in case of dríver or inverter replacement, parameters are registered automatically from controller.
- Electronic inverter for continuously adjusting the band
speed from 20 to 90 m/min.

332, available in three versíons:
- MANUAL with CCS, electro-hydraulic SEMI-AUTOMATIC (SXI evo) and
electro-hydraulic AUTOMATIC (NC evo), to cut from 45 ° ríght to 60° left.

DESCRIPTI0N OF THE CUTTING CYCLES
- MANUAL cycle: the operator дpproaches the band to the piece to be cut and he starts or
stops the band rotation by the "START" swítch on the handle. - MANUAL cycle with CCS:
enables to make single cuts without operator using the head weight - suitably balanced -
controlled by a hydraulic brake to adjust the feedíng speed.
The operator approaches the band to the piece to be cut and he starts the cycle by the "START" switch on the handle; after the cut, the bow is manually 1i¡ted up to the wished posítlon.
-DYNAMICSEMI-AUTOMATIC cycle: this system extends and simplifes the machine use modes;
single pieces can be cut without setting any parameter.
The operator approaches the band manually to the piece to be cut.
- Pressíng the "START" switch on the handle, the band rotates and the head goes
automatícally down.
- At the cycle end, the machíne stops and returns to the positíon where the "START" switch had been pressed; the operator can move the bow to posítion it on another piece to be cut.
- CC5 and dynamic/seml-automatic cutting cycles so as to make odd cuts mindless of
previous program parameters.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC CYCLE: Starting the cycle: - the více closes and the motor starts - the head goes down to execute cut - the motorstops - the head returns - the více opens.
- The head stroke, according to the dimensions of the materíal which has to be cut, ís set directly from the control panel.
AUTOMATIC CYCLE
MULTIPLE PROGRAMMING
- SINGLE CYCLE: carries out this single cuttíng program for pieces of the same length, stopping the cycle and givíng a light and sound alarm to separate the pieces cut ín that lot.
- CONTINUOUS CYCLE: carries out all cutting programs for different length from the same
bar ín sequence.
SINGLE PROGRAMMING:
carries out the cycle programmed directly on the working video page.
UTILITYSTEP: accessible from every cycle,
makes the bar facíng cut, the first pіece cut and then stops so that the piece can be measured.

R1 FLIP OVER STOP (light version) which slides on two aluminium guides with teflon slides.
- The rod is engraved on an aluminium bar.
R2 FLIP OVER STOP (medium version)-it slides on two horizontal guides with teflon slides.
