We started as machinists more than 25 years ago, with the challenging job of setting up new parts in old brand multispindle machines. Today, we sti11 maintain this "philosophy" of a leading machining company, providing solutions to companies worldwide.
Faithful to these origins, METRA designs and builds multi-spindle automatic lathes easy to use as a solution to the production needs of medium-large series.

We have last generation measuring equipment, calibrated periodically to ensure that any
component is adjusted to the needs of the drawing.
Our expert team of assemblers manage the construction of your machine from the
beginning till the end, building it as if it was of their own.

TRAINING CND USCRS
To take full advantage of the capabilities of a new machine, it is recommended that
users are sufficiently familiar with your machine.
In METRA, plus providing you with a machine to match your needs, we ensure
that your staff obtains the best from what

We have a fully equipped space to impart our theoretical training module.
If requested, practical traìning is performed on your machine and your piece.

CONSTRUCTION
A high mechanical and thermal stability provides minimal vibration, resulting
greater accuracy and better finish on the workpiece surface.
We take care of every detail in construction, to ensure machine's optimum durability.

CONVERSATIONAL PROGRAM
AND THE FASTEST SET-UP
The electronics of the machine reduces the preparation time, being comparable with single-spindle machines in many cases.
With its tactile screen (corrosion-proof), intuitive programming is achieved without the need of expertise in programming language:
