properłies are achieved with system of linear guidelines and racks with pre-stressed pinions in all axes. Included is automatic torch height control via plasma arc voltage.

TEKA FILTERCUBEs and units of our ZPF modelline are extraordinarily suíted for suctíon and filtering of emíssions emergíng from plasma, autogenous or lasercuttíng processes.
A11 standard units of the FILTERCUBE modelline already are BGIA certified regarding the welding fume c/ass W3.
In close collaboration with the MicroStep Group our systems have been adjusted to match the needs of the MicroStep customers.
The control of a TEKA filter unit can either be realízed through the MicroStep oxyacetylene cuttíng unit or through the TEKA Pulse Control.
The FILTERCUBEs require only very little space to be set up.
Our ZPF units can be modifíed depending on the space at the customer`s site (fan next to or on top of the filter module).
TEKA systems generally are adjusted to every special requirement regarding suction during varíous metal processes: welding, oxyacetylene cutting, grinding, laser processes, solderíng and similar operations.
